Janowski Day Care Home for Seniors 'Pod opieką' – provision of meals for project participants

The tender concerns the provision of meals for participants at the Janowski Day Care Home for Seniors 'Pod opieką' project, co-financed by the EU under the 8.5 Social Services programme. The contract covers the preparation and delivery of meals for 25 adults per working day to the JDDS facility located at Bohaterów Porytowego Wzgórza 23, Janów Lubelski. Staff must have up-to-date sanitary-epidemiological health checks and ongoing training. The service must accommodate dietary requirements (e.g., light diet, diabetes, gluten-free, vegetarian) at no additional cost to the Ordering Party. Payments are monthly based on the number of meals delivered. The contract period is from 08 October 2026 to 30 June 2028, with a maximum of 25 meal sets per day (up to 10,900 sets planned). The assignment aims to support elderly and disabled participants by providing nutritious meals while ensuring quality and safety.
