Maintenance of fire-extinguishing and smoke-ventilation equipment and personal protective equipment

Summary

The procurement covers preventive and corrective maintenance of fire-extinguishing equipment, natural smoke-ventilation equipment and personal protective equipment at GHT44 healthcare establishments during 2027–2030. The work includes, among other items, maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, dry risers, fire hydrants and related equipment, as well as breathing apparatus, emergency escape breathing devices and insulating hoods. Repairs, spare parts, and the supply and installation of equipment may also be ordered. The procurement is divided into three lots: establishments in the north-east area of GHT44, establishments in its western area, and Nantes University Hospital establishments. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and one bidder may receive several lots. Each lot will result in a single-supplier framework agreement operated through orders, with no minimum volume and only a financial maximum. The four-year maximum values, excluding VAT, are EUR 287,500 for Lot 1, EUR 425,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 825,000 for Lot 3. The contract period starts in 2027 and may be renewed twice for one year each. Bidders must provide evidence of suitability and capacity, including turnover for the three most recent available financial years, average workforce and management-staff figures for the last three years, and a list of relevant services performed during the last three years. For each lot bid for, the submission must include the completed commitment form and price schedule, as well as a technical description covering maintenance methods, the team and its qualifications, waste management and transport. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months. The evaluation weights are price 50%, technical quality 45% and environmental considerations 5%.
