Comprehensive lift maintenance service for SEGIPSA – phase 02_2

Summary

SEGIPSA is procuring comprehensive lift maintenance in four lots: buildings of the Bank of Spain in León, Ávila and Guadalajara, and the CADA building in Las Rozas de Madrid. The service covers operational, preventive and corrective maintenance, together with related spare parts and non-routine work; the precise scope is set out in the technical tender documents. The technical annexes must be requested from the contracting authority by email, with the relevant lot number stated in the request. Bids may cover one, several or all four lots, but, as a general rule, no bidder may be awarded more than three. Offers must be submitted electronically, with a separate price offer for each lot pursued. Price is the sole award criterion, and each lot’s offer must not exceed its specified limit. The initial period ends on 31 December 2028 for every lot; the estimated duration is 24 months, except for Lot 2, which is estimated at 23 months. The contract may be extended by 12 months. The total estimated contract value is €92,880.22 excluding VAT, and the base tender budget is €65,990.18 including VAT. The contractor must promote the use of reusable packaging, sort and properly manage waste generated by its work, and provide supporting evidence. Participation requires evidence of the specified turnover, comparable experience, professional liability insurance, authorization to operate as a lift company, and the required technical team. The lowest-priced offer can receive up to 100 points.
