Refurbishment of changing, sanitary and wellness facilities at the training centre

Summary

The contract covers the refurbishment of the changing and sanitary facilities, wellness rooms, and connecting access and evacuation route at the Sport Szklarska Poręba Training Centre. The works include removing existing wall and floor finishes, sanitary equipment, and electrical and low-voltage installations; installing new ceramic finishes and internal doors; renewing the cold- and hot-water, heating and drainage systems; installing sanitary fittings, radiators and room furnishings; and extending the electrical distribution board, installing power supplies for sockets and lighting, fitting new lights, emergency and evacuation lighting and motion sensors, and carrying out electrical installation tests. The works must be completed within five months of contract signature, with commencement and financing taking place in 2026. The building will remain partly in use during the works, so the work area must be clearly marked and secured against access by unauthorised persons. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); bidders must submit a simplified price estimate covering the full scope, while the offered total price is a lump sum. The bidder must provide a construction manager with the required unrestricted construction-management qualifications. Required declarations and documents must accompany the bid, and evidence must be submitted with the bid for any proposed equivalent solution. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the bid price. The bid submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 10:00.
