Social-medical advisory services

Summary

The Municipality of Ede is procuring independent social-medical assessments and written advisory reports to help assess residents’ medical circumstances, limitations, abilities and need for municipal support. The single-provider framework agreement covers Wmo services, disability parking cards, school transport, individual study and special assistance benefits, Youth Act services, childcare social-medical indications, medical housing-priority applications and consultation services. The contract is planned for four years, with two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum of eight years; indicative 2025 volumes included about 380 disability parking-card assessments and 100 individual study-benefit assessments. The annual expenditure ceiling is €100,000 excluding VAT, and the procurement is not divided into lots.
