Construction of Zwolle Station’s North Entrance and Platform Canopies

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the North Entrance at Zwolle station and platform canopies for the Emmer and Kamper lines. The scope includes circular dismantling and reuse of existing materials, dismantling shops, construction using timber and modular circular and bio-based materials, shop shells, mechanical, electrical and telecommunications installations, rainwater infiltration, coordination of gates and equipment, and adjustments to overhead lines and tensioning structures. The restricted procedure will select a maximum of five candidates for the subsequent tender stage. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 9 October 2026 at 13:00. The works are planned from 31 May 2027 to 31 December 2030, and a price ceiling applies. Evaluation uses the best price-quality ratio, including price, CO2 Performance Ladder level, environmental cost indicator, zero-emission value, approach plan and schedule.
