Supply of various types of waste collection vehicles

Summary

The Municipality of Purmerend is procuring various waste collection vehicles in three lots: lot 1 hook-lift crane vehicle, lot 2 rear-loader and lot 3 side-loader. Suppliers may bid for one, two or all three lots, and may submit up to three bids per lot as the main contractor. Expected quantities are 4 hook-lift crane vehicles, 3 rear-loaders and 6 side-loaders, with indicative deliveries during 2027–2028 and possible future extensions or replacements. The agreement runs for two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions. Vehicles must meet extensive technical, safety, environmental, maintenance and after-sales requirements, including suitability for HVO-100 fuel, a minimum 24-month warranty, 10 years of technical support and a maximum delivery time of 45 weeks after the final order. Bids must be submitted in Dutch through TenderNed by 9 October 2026 at 10:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality 60% and price 40%.
