Social-medical advice for the municipalities of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, Gouda, Waddinxveen and Zuidplas

The municipalities of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, Gouda, Waddinxveen and Zuidplas are procuring social-medical advisory services under two lots. Lot 1 covers medical assessments and advice for disabled parking cards; lot 2 covers other social-medical advice, including services relating to the Wmo, the Participation Act, youth services, school transport and housing urgency. The estimated value is €980,000 for lot 1 and €420,000 for lot 2, with respective ceilings of €1,225,000 and €525,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is initially for three years, with up to two one-year extensions.
