Jobseeker Matching Application

Summary

The Municipality of Utrecht is procuring a SaaS jobseeker-matching application to support its acquisition and employment-matching services. The contract covers supply, implementation, configuration, migration of existing data, integrations, training, support, management, maintenance and additional consultancy. The solution is intended to provide 60 editing licences, 15 read-only licences and 5 administrator licences per year, with connections to single sign-on, the Chamber of Commerce register, the national VUM data exchange service and the municipal data warehouse. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the estimated value for up to four years is €320,000 excluding VAT, with a possible contingency allowance of up to 20%. The procurement is not divided into lots.
