Redevelopment of Nijenborgh 4, Building 5113

Summary

The University of Groningen is procuring the redevelopment of the existing Nijenborgh 4 educational building, building section 5113, on the Zernike Campus. The approximately 6,534 m² building will be renovated for modern educational use from the 2028/2029 academic year. The works are divided into two lots: building works, including execution coordination, and mechanical and electrical works. The estimated overall contract value is €19 million.
