Major maintenance of electrotechnical and mechanical systems at movable structures

Summary

The Province of Overijssel is procuring major, planned maintenance of the electrotechnical and mechanical installations on movable bridges, locks and weirs across the province. The scope covers 44 structures: 32 movable bridges, 11 navigation locks and one weir, including drives, hydraulic and electromechanical systems, electrical and power installations, control systems, cameras, detection equipment, pumps and drainage. Work may include replacement or modification of equipment, testing and commissioning, documentation updates, design and installation of control systems, and associated access and traffic measures. The procurement is a single-lot framework agreement with one contractor, initially for two years with two optional two-year extensions; its estimated value is €13,365,000 and its maximum value is €16,000,000, excluding VAT.
