Specialist cleaning services

Summary

The tender concerns specialist cleaning services for the Dutch central government cleaning organisation, split into three lots. Lot 1 covers non-plannable incident and emergency cleaning; lots 2 and 3 cover both plannable specialist cleaning and non-plannable incident work. The contract includes work at many government, justice and infrastructure locations across the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands for lots 2 and 3. The bidder must submit the UEA, comply with the tender documents, use e-invoicing, provide a contact person, and follow the required reporting, safety, access and subcontractor approval rules. For planned work, written assignment and/or prior approval is required before starting.
