Management and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations

Summary

The tender concerns the management and maintenance of electrical and mechanical building installations at the buildings of ROC van Amsterdam–Flevoland and the Amsterdam secondary education organisation. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, legally required inspections, fault response, project work, building management systems, reporting, maintenance planning, energy-efficiency advice and sustainability measures. The contract is divided into three geographical lots; a bidder may apply for all three but can be awarded only one. The initial term is four years from 1 May 2027, with up to four one-year extensions. The estimated value is EUR 19,000,000 including VAT over four years. The restricted procedure has a selection phase and an invitation-only tender phase. Participation requests must be submitted by 6 October 2026 at 11:00. The final tender will be assessed using the best price-quality ratio, weighted 40% price and 60% quality.
