Sheltered housing additional capacity 2027 – Rivierenland region
Summary
The tender concerns additional capacity for sheltered housing services in the Rivierenland region for adults under the Dutch Social Support Act (Wmo). The contract covers sheltered housing in residential settings, with optional training housing and sheltered home services. The provider must be able to start support within one month after award, organise waiting care if no place is immediately available, and arrange warm transfers when clients move on to sheltered home or independent living.
