External Occupational Risk Prevention, Health Surveillance and Training Services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision, for 12 months, of occupational health and safety prevention services, employee health surveillance, occupational safety training, workplace hygiene measurements, and psychophysical fitness examinations for 30 railway employees for the Port Authority of Cartagena. The services are procured as one integrated contract, without lots. The estimated value is EUR 89,330 excluding VAT, and the budget including VAT is EUR 102,497. Individual health surveillance covers baseline examinations for 200 employees and the specified laboratory tests. Training includes, among other topics, workplace risks, electrical safety, fire prevention and emergency plans, first aid, working at height, shift work and road safety. The contract also includes assessments of exposure to chemical agents. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable-service experience, hold authorisation as an external occupational risk prevention service provider, and provide a four-person specialist team with the specified experience and annual commitment. Tenders will be assessed on price, service organisation and methodology, document management, health surveillance and training plans, and service mobilisation and continuity. The required declarations, evidence and insurance cover must also be provided.
