Housing pathways, itineraries and social support for integration (Housing First, Housing Led and Rapid Rehousing)

Summary

The tender concerns the VIAS HOUSING, ITINERARIES AND SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR INTEGRATION project, financed by the European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027 and based on Housing First, Housing Led and Rapid Rehousing methodologies. The objective is to organize, manage, implement and monitor the project and provide autonomy and social inclusion support to at-risk groups. The project includes 10 Housing First placements, 15 Housing Led and Rapid Rehousing placements, and 10 Autonomy Adviser placements. The contractor must establish a robust referral and monitoring system and ensure coordination with the DGSSI and Madrid social networks, including early intervention and ongoing evaluation and supervision mechanisms.
