This is a works contract for strengthening the Havendijk in Den Helder, covering Het Nieuwe Diep I & II, Het Nieuwe Werk and the Visafslag area. The contractor must carry out demolition, earthworks, sheet piling/combiwall works, anchoring, concrete works, drainage, utilities, paving, lighting, monitoring and related finishing works, with phased delivery and strict environmental/logistics constraints.
