Summary

This tender concerns the purchase of ICT hardware for pupils and staff, including warranty and related services. The scope includes laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, iPads, MacBooks and similar equipment, together with small accessories. It also covers webshop use, device preparation, delivery, warranty handling and, where needed, repair or replacement devices. The bidder must submit the UEA and the price sheet and demonstrate relevant school-sector experience. The award evaluation is 80 points for quality and 20 points for price. The contract term is 48 months and a framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier.
