Riga Digital Agency is procuring transport simulation software and related services under a single, non-divided contract lasting up to 48 months. The core delivery is macroscopic transport simulation software; microscopic and mesoscopic software and their base models may be ordered separately. The scope also includes base-model development and transfer where ordered, software maintenance, documentation, staff training and on-demand consultations for transport planning in Riga and surrounding municipalities.
