Renovation of terraces and façades at CROSS Corsen
Summary
The Interregional Directorate for the Sea, North Atlantic–English Channel–West, is procuring renovation works for the ground-floor terraces and façades of the CROSS Corsen site in Plouarzel. The contract is divided into four lots: structural works and asbestos removal; waterproofing and green-roof works; façade renovation; and electrical and plumbing works. The works are scheduled to start in February 2027 and last three months, excluding the five-week preparation period.
