Design and project management for a reception area for Travellers

Summary

The Community of Municipalities Convergence Garonne is procuring design and project management services for a permanent reception area for Travellers at Larouquey in Podensac. The project will provide 20 pitches across 10 plots, with access roads, circulation areas, fencing, utilities, sanitary facilities and shared spaces; the estimated works budget is €800,000 excluding VAT. The service includes the core design and construction-stage missions as well as scheduling, management and coordination. The design must allow for a possible future conversion of the site into family rental plots, but that future conversion is not part of this contract.
