Construction insurance services for NOVIM – Lot 7

Summary

NOVIM is procuring construction insurance services under lot 7, including structural damage insurance, decennial liability cover for non-performing builders, and all-risks construction insurance. The insurer will place the full risk, manage the policies, and provide advice and support.
