Property and civil liability insurance for the Central Information Technology Centre, 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement covers insurance for the Central Information Technology Centre for three years starting on 1 January 2027 and is divided into two parts: (1) property insurance against all risks, including electronic equipment, and (2) civil liability insurance relating to the Centre’s activities and the property it owns or holds. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both parts. For each part, the bidder must provide the applicable general or special insurance terms and calculate the premium for the full 36-month period. Price is the sole award criterion for each part, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish and duly signed. No bid guarantee is required. The submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must hold the authorisation required for the insurance services in the relevant part: at least insurance groups 7, 8 and 9 for Part 1, and groups 13 and 17 for Part 2. The offer must include declarations confirming the absence of exclusion grounds and compliance with restrictions relating to support for aggression against Ukraine. The detailed coverage requirements are set out in the procurement documents and are mandatory.
