Property and buildings damage insurance for the National Assembly
Summary
The procurement covers property damage insurance for the French National Assembly’s movable and immovable assets in two lots: a first insurance layer and a second insurance layer. The insured property covers approximately 152,000 m², about half of which consists of historic buildings; it also includes valuable objects, collections and works of art. The coverage must address the risks specified in the tender documents, including fire, explosion, storms, water damage, flooding, theft, vandalism, machinery breakdown and natural disasters. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date, with three possible renewals of 12 months each. Offers will be assessed on technical merit (55%), environmental value (5%) and price (40%). Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 8 October 2026 and remain valid for four months. Bidders must demonstrate financial, technical and professional capacity and provide evidence of insurance authorisation and solvency. Variant offers are not permitted.
