Supply of repair and maintenance materials for municipal buildings

Summary

The municipality of Corbeil-Essonnes is purchasing materials for the repair and maintenance of its buildings, divided into ten lots: floor coverings; wood panels and joinery products; paints; glass products; plastics; electrical supplies; plumbing and sanitary supplies; ironmongery and fixings; locksmithing and metalwork products; and hand tools and portable power tools. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which goods will be ordered as needed. There is no annual minimum order. The annual order ceilings, excluding VAT, are respectively EUR 40,000, 100,000, 80,000, 20,000, 50,000, 80,000, 60,000, 100,000, 60,000 and 50,000 for the ten lots. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The agreement starts with a 12-month term and may be renewed three times for one year each, up to a total of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months; electronic invoicing is required. The bid submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 11:00, and the deadline for questions is 1 October 2026 at 11:00.
