Design and delivery of real estate training

Summary

The French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty is procuring a framework agreement for the design and delivery of real estate training, together with online self-study modules, for public-sector staff. It is divided into three lots: sustainable and resilient real estate; operational management and project ownership; and new workspaces. Training covers topics such as energy transition, climate resilience, construction costs, building management, smart buildings and workplace design, in classroom, virtual and online formats. The agreement runs for an initial 24 months and may be renewed twice for 12 months each, up to 48 months; its maximum total value is EUR 798,666.66 excluding VAT.
