Strategic advice and support in public communication

Summary

Brest Métropole is procuring strategic public communications advice and support for the public policies of Brest Métropole, the City of Brest and Les Cantines du Ponant. The single-lot framework agreement will cover the development of communication strategies, campaigns and associated action plans, with services ordered as needed. It will run for two years, with an option to renew once on the same terms and for the same maximum amount of EUR 480,000 excluding VAT.
