Summary
The tender covers security for people and property at the four buildings of MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow for 12 months, expected to run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The service includes 24/7 physical protection at two single-person posts and a foot patrol, alarm monitoring, response to call-outs, and, when required, temporary security posts and the escort of artworks. The core service price must include 24 intervention-team call-outs; up to 60 additional call-outs may be ordered. Temporary posts will be ordered for 30–150 staff-hours, while escort services may cover from 100 to 1,300 kilometres and from 10 to 100 staff-hours. The contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must hold a valid concession for direct physical security, demonstrate the required experience, and have qualified armed personnel, adequate response capacity in Krakow, equipment and convoy resources. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide evidence of liability insurance with cover of at least PLN 1,000,000. Personnel assigned to the permanent post and foot patrol must be employed under employment contracts. The bid must include the price calculation and the required declarations and evidence. Price is worth 90 points; a security-services quality-management certificate, such as ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent evidence, is worth 10 points.
