Maintenance of public networks and structures for urban water collection, storage and treatment

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of public networks and structures used to collect, store and treat urban water in the Grand Annecy area. The work includes hydrodynamic cleaning of underground networks and structures; pumping, transporting, treating and properly disposing of cleaning residues; clearing grilles and stormwater inlets; visual and CCTV inspections; installing pollution-control equipment and pumping and treating pollution conveyed through the networks. It also includes maintaining ditches and other open structures, cleaning oil separators and blocking pipelines. The contract is divided into four geographical lots: the urban centre; the lakeshore and south of the urban area; the north-east of the urban area; and the south-west of the urban area. The annual minimum and maximum values for Lot 1 are EUR 10,000 and EUR 300,000 respectively, excluding VAT. For each of the other lots, the annual minimum is EUR 2,000 and the maximum is EUR 125,000, excluding VAT. Bidders may submit tenders for up to four lots, and up to four lots may be awarded to a bidder. The contract starts upon notification and initially runs until 31 December 2027; it may be tacitly renewed three times, each renewal lasting 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price (50%), technical merit (40%) and environmental value (10%).
