Waste collection, transport and delivery to final destinations

Summary

Águas do Norte, S.A. is seeking services to segregate, collect, transport, temporarily store and deliver to final destinations the waste generated at its water-sector facilities. The waste may include hazardous and non-hazardous materials, such as chemicals, contaminated packaging and absorbents, electrical and electronic waste, construction waste, soil, paper, glass and wood. The service includes supplying suitable containers and labels, weighing waste, preparing transport documentation and providing quarterly reports; road transport of hazardous waste must comply with dangerous-goods transport rules. Collections are ordered as needed, and the listed quantities are estimates, not guaranteed volumes. The contract will run for up to 6 months. There are two lots: Lot 1 covers operating centres in Minho Litoral, Minho Interior, Cávado/Ave and Minho e Lima, with a base price of EUR 24,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers the centres in Amarante, Arouca and Trofa, with a base price of EUR 11,000 excluding VAT. The total base price is EUR 35,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Tenderers must submit a unit-price schedule for each lot bid for and hold the required road freight transport authorisation, licences for the vehicles used and REACH registration. Offers must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 10 days after the submission deadline.
