Cleaning service for the El Reducto beach toilets

Summary

The tender is for the daily opening, closing, cleaning and disinfection of the public toilets and related areas at El Reducto beach in Arrecife. The service must be provided every day from 09:00 to 20:00, including weekends and public holidays. The work covers the women’s and men’s toilets, accessible facilities, the lifeguards’ toilet and shower, a toilet for people with ostomies, the first-aid area, rear patio, access ramps, handrails and common areas. The contractor must provide staff, equipment and cleaning products, as well as replenish toilet paper, hand soap and rubbish bags. On request, the contractor must also provide extraordinary cleaning; an indicative allowance of up to 200 additional staff hours per year is provided. The contract runs for two years and may be extended by up to a further two years, for a maximum total term of four years. The estimated contract value is €317,979.03 and the budget, including indirect tax, is €164,941.08. The price offer is worth up to 80 points, while the use of cleaning products with low environmental impact is worth 20 points.
