Cleaning and maintenance of GALASA-managed sewerage networks

Summary

The contract covers preventive cleaning and inspection of the sewerage and wastewater-treatment networks and related infrastructure managed by GALASA, as well as daily response to service reports and urgent work in the municipalities served. Payment is based on work actually performed and the schedule of unit prices. The estimated annual workload is 2,540 hours in normal working hours, 502 hours in extraordinary working hours and 60 hours of robotic-camera inspection. The annual tender budget is €276,446.80 excluding VAT and €304,091.48 including 10% VAT. The estimated total contract value is €995,208.48 excluding VAT, including two possible one-year extensions and a possible service increase of up to 20%. The initial term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must provide evidence of financial and technical capacity, experienced staff, and suitable cleaning vehicles and equipment. Their bids must include a service management plan, a price proposal and any proposed improvements for evaluation. The management plan can score up to 40 points, price up to 40 points and improvements provided at no extra cost up to 20 points; a technical score of at least 20 points is required to proceed to the next stage. The same discount percentage must be applied to every unit price. The submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 10:00. Under the corrected tender documents, registration in Andalusia’s ROESBA biocidal-services register is no longer required.
