Summary

Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy is procuring key management services, including receiving, storing and issuing customers’ keys. New residents can collect keys from the provider’s premises or from a Smartbox at the buyer’s premises; keys must be delivered to the Smartbox on weekdays. The planned contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option for the buyer to extend it one year at a time for up to two additional years.
