Relocation of police warehouse shelving and contents

Summary

The City of Seville is procuring a two-lot service to relocate the Local Police warehouses from beneath the Cartuja Stadium to the new premises at Calle Gramil 3, Polígono Store. Lot 1 covers dismantling the medium-duty shelving, mezzanine walkways, stairs and guardrails without damage, adapting and palletising them, transporting them and installing them at the new warehouse. Lot 2 covers packing, loading and transporting the shelving contents and moving an Intimus 16.50 industrial paper shredder. The warehouses contain approximately 302.9 m³ of goods, as well as lockers, a pallet truck, shelving, office supplies and other items; the premises cover about 550 m². The total budget is EUR 26,596.69 excluding VAT and EUR 32,181.99 including VAT. Lot 1 is budgeted at EUR 12,396.69 excluding VAT (EUR 14,999.99 including VAT), and Lot 2 at EUR 14,200 excluding VAT (EUR 17,182 including VAT). The work must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Local Police communicating the move date: Lot 2 must be completed first, within a maximum of 15 days, followed by Lot 1, which has a minimum period of 15 days. The move is planned for the final quarter of 2026. Bidders must offer a discount on the unit prices; a 100% discount or a zero-price offer is not permitted. Proof of economic or technical/professional solvency is waived, but the work requires a specialised team, suitable lifting equipment, a goods-transport vehicle and insurance. The warranty period is three months.
