8033-2026 information request and market consultation: Digital service package for individual customers in the Turku employment area

Summary

The Turku employment area is conducting a market consultation to understand the digital employment services available for individual customers and identify solutions that support different customer groups in finding work and developing their skills. Both providers of comprehensive service packages and platforms and providers specialising in specific needs are welcome. This is an information-gathering exercise and market dialogue, not a procurement procedure; taking part or not taking part will not affect a provider’s position in any future procurement. Interested companies are invited to answer the questions in the information request annex by 13 October 2026. Responses will be treated confidentially. The contracting authority may hold bilateral discussions with participants to obtain further information between 19 and 30 October 2026, and also requests comments on possible effects on businesses.
