Refurbishment of Europahalle visitor chairs

Summary

The tender concerns the refurbishment and overhaul of 1,192 existing Europahalle Trier visitor chairs. Work includes dismantling, refurbishment of metal frames, replacement of upholstery and covers, and related technical and safety requirements. The project proceeds during ongoing events, with at least 990 chairs available at all times and a maximum of 200 chairs allowed outside the venue at any moment. Proposals must include a sanitation/renovation concept (B1), technical/material quality details (B2), and a logistics/handling plan (B3).
