Food Service Self-Monitoring System (HACCP)

Summary

Saimaan Tukipalvelut Oy is procuring a cloud-based HACCP self-monitoring system for 18 kitchens: nine production kitchens, eight service kitchens and one bakery. The system will support automated data transfer, temperature and surface-cleanliness measurements, monitoring, documentation and reporting. The overall procurement includes the necessary equipment, an implementation project, and ongoing service and maintenance; equipment will be acquired as needed, with no minimum purchase obligation. The contract is intended to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and then continue indefinitely unless otherwise agreed.
