Textbooks and digital teaching materials

Summary

Sansia Oy is procuring printed textbooks and their supplementary materials, as well as digital teaching materials for pre-primary and basic education and upper secondary education. The materials include teaching resources and exercises, teachers’ guides, workbooks, tests, games, audiobooks, and CD and DVD materials. The procurement also covers services related to ordering and delivering the materials. A four-lot framework agreement will be established: printed and digital materials for pre-primary and basic education, and printed and digital materials for upper secondary education. One supplier will be selected for each lot covering printed materials. For each digital-materials lot, all bidders meeting the minimum requirements may be selected, up to a maximum of five. Not all contracting authorities will use every lot. The agreement is expected to start on 1 January 2027, and the bid submission deadline is 2 November 2026.
