National Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment

Summary

Finland’s Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is procuring the planning, delivery and reporting of a national climate risk and vulnerability assessment. The work will synthesise current information on climate hazards, exposure, vulnerability and adaptive capacity, and assess sectoral, cross-sectoral, systemic and transboundary risks, their significance and economic implications. Deliverables include an overview of knowledge gaps, a model for regularly updating the assessment, and a final report ready for publication. The procurement is not divided into lots.
