Port works for the City of Porvoo 2026–2028 (2028–2030)

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, installation, relocation and repair work in the City of Porvoo’s harbour and quay areas and at its island recreation sites, including diving work. Tasks include, for example, moving, installing and securing piers, walkways, boat berths, buoys and concrete anchors, as well as other maintenance of harbour and quay structures. Work takes place at the city’s small harbours, quay areas, beaches and island recreation sites, and the need may vary from year to year. The procurement is not divided into lots. At least one and up to five service providers will be selected for a framework agreement. Both the city’s infrastructure services and sports services may order services under it. The agreement initially runs for two years, after which the contracting authority may exercise one or two additional years; the total term cannot exceed four years. The agreement also ends earlier if its maximum value of EUR 480,000 is reached.
