Market dialogue: Work trials and job coaching

Summary

The Finnish Social Insurance Institution (Kela) is holding a written market dialogue ahead of a planned 2027 procurement of vocational rehabilitation services: work trials and job coaching. The services are intended to support clients in choosing a suitable occupation or study path, entering employment, returning to work or continuing in work. A work trial lasts nine months, while job coaching lasts 16 months; both are delivered individually at the service provider’s premises and at the client’s workplace or, for job coaching, business, with some meetings optionally held by video call.
