End-to-end visit-counting service, framework agreement 2026–2028 (2028–2030)

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division is procuring a visit-counting service as a framework agreement, with an estimated total value of EUR 1.68 million excluding VAT. The service includes automated visit-data collection and reporting, data interfaces and a user interface, as well as the installation, maintenance, testing, calibration and end-of-life handling of the required devices. The procurement has three lots: indoor locations (an estimated 80 sites), outdoor locations (82) and multifunctional outdoor locations (38); the agreement has a two-year initial term and a two-year option.
