Design, construction and supervision of industrialised social housing in Silla and Carcaixent

Summary

The Valencian Housing and Land Entity (EVHA) is procuring the design, construction and construction supervision of two industrialised public-protection housing buildings in Silla and Carcaixent. The four lots cover project design and construction of a 35–40-home building at Calle L’Horta 4 in Silla and a 50–55-home building at Barranc de Gaianes 35–36 in Carcaixent, plus construction supervision and final works documentation for each. The total tender budget is €23,530,221 including VAT, and the maximum contract period is 12 months.
