Bilbao Ekintza is procuring ongoing support, maintenance and functional and technical development of its Freshdesk- and Mandrill-based platform for administering public aid and subsidy programmes. The contract also covers configuration for an estimated 15 new calls per year, maintenance of the integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the supply and management of approximately 20 software licences.
