Provisioning, migration and maintenance of a SaaS observability and load-testing platform

Summary

Hospital Clínic de Barcelona is procuring a 36-month SaaS observability and load-testing platform service. The scope includes supplying and implementing the platform, migrating existing synthetic monitoring and Nefrolink monitoring, and providing ongoing operation, support, maintenance and development. The integrated platform will monitor web and SAP applications, collect and correlate logs, metrics and traces, and support up to 12 load tests per year with up to 2,000 concurrent simulated users. The contract is not divided into lots.
