Framework agreement for suppliers of raw materials for the Álava Provincial Council printing service

Summary

The Álava Provincial Council is establishing a framework agreement to select suppliers of raw materials for its printing service, in five lots: negative thermal plates, coated paper, recycled offset paper, white offset paper, and envelopes and mailing bags. Estimated demand includes 4,700 thermal plates, 6,000 units/kg of coated paper, 8,500 units/kg of recycled offset paper, 4,000 units/kg of white offset paper, and substantial quantities of envelopes and bags, including 2,380,000 window envelopes with silicone closures and 105,000 C5 bags. The framework agreement will select up to six suppliers per lot; individual orders will be placed through subsequent contracts.
