Printing, binding and delivery of 400 copies of “Soldadescas, Dances, Roscas and Verses for Our Lady”

Summary

The contract covers printing, binding and supplying 400 copies of Fuencisla Álvarez’s book, “Soldadescas, Dances, Roscas and Verses for Our Lady,” for the Segovia provincial cultural collection. The book is 14 × 20 cm, has 176 interior pages and is thread-sewn in paperback with 10 cm flaps. The interior is printed in four-colour process on 135 g/m² matte-coated paper; the cover is printed on 350 g/m² board and laminated on one side. The finished book must match the other volumes in the collection; dimensional variation is limited to ±2 mm and paper-weight variation to ±5%. The bidder must produce the book from the PDF artwork supplied by the authority and deliver the copies to three locations: 340 to Casa del Sello, 25 to the Library Coordination Centre and 35 to the Provincial Palace. Delivery is due within 20 calendar days from the day after the final artwork is sent. The estimated contract value is €2,500 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of €2,600 including VAT; price is the only award criterion. An environmental performance condition also applies: the books must be delivered palletised in recycled cardboard boxes and printed exclusively on paper certified as coming from sustainably managed forests. Participation requires the prescribed registration evidence, a responsible declaration and a price offer, as well as compliance with the tender documents’ suitability requirements and electronic submission rules.
