Maintenance and repair services for Lugo municipal schools and nursery schools

Summary

The Municipality of Lugo is procuring one undivided, on-demand maintenance, conservation and repair service for 14 municipal primary and infant schools and five municipal early-childhood centres. The work includes small, recurring repairs to roofs, masonry, floors and wall finishes, metal and timber joinery, glazing, painting, blinds, furniture and internal or external signage. The initial one-year budget is €200,000 including VAT; the contract may be extended by two further one-year periods, with an estimated total value of €528,925.62 excluding VAT, including the planned modification.
