JEMANFER ESENGRA – Maintenance, haul-out and repair services for the J99 sailboat

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring comprehensive maintenance, haul-out, storage, launching and incidental repair services for the Ferrol Naval Regatta Commission’s J99 sailboat. The work includes hull and keel inspections, cleaning and antifouling, scheduled engine maintenance, checks of the steering, electrical, rigging, anchoring and safety systems, and navigation equipment updates. Materials and related costs are included; annual inspections and engine maintenance are supplemented by rigging adjustments and incidental repairs on request. The single, unlot contract has a budget of €11,638, VAT-exempt, and runs until no later than 30 November 2026.
