Design and construction supervision services for energy-efficiency improvements at Antonio Sequeros Secondary School

Summary

The Municipality of Almoradí is procuring, as a single lot, technical services for the comprehensive energy-efficiency refurbishment of the approximately 3,800 m² Antonio Sequeros secondary school. The contract covers preparation of the basic and detailed design, construction supervision and management, installation supervision, and health and safety coordination for improvements to heating and ventilation, the electrical system, photovoltaic generation, building insulation, windows, roof and lighting. It also includes related quality, waste-management, safety and health, permitting and completion documentation. The design phase is scheduled for up to three months; the construction-support phase continues for the duration of the works and associated guarantee period.
